At Revolvyn Media, we aim to provide high-quality digital marketing, video production, and creative services to all our clients. Since our work involves time, planning, and digital deliverables, our refund policy is structured to protect both the client and the company.

1. Non-Refundable Services
Payments made for video editing, video shoots, ad campaigns, graphic design, social media management, strategy sessions, or any digital service are non-refundable once the project has started.
This includes:

Scriptwriting / concept creation

Editing work

Paid ads setup or optimization

Branding work

Any preliminary digital deliverable
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund is only possible under the following conditions:
✅ If work has NOT started yet
If no work has begun, you may request a refund within 48 hours of payment.
✅ Duplicate Payment
If you accidentally pay twice, we will refund the extra amount within 5–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
No refunds will be provided if:

Client is unresponsive or delays feedback.

Client changes requirements after work has started.

Client fails to provide necessary materials (footage, brand assets, login access).

4. Cancellation of Monthly Services
For monthly plans (SMM, ads, retainers):
